Great clip! Is it correct to say that leaders are building organizations that are fit for themselves rather than fit for the people who work in them?

@Herman. I would not say that. (it’s is to negative in my opinion) My experience with large organizations is that they are ‘over-organized’ and that there is no room for entrepreneurs, creatives and people who dare to do things beyond there ‘description’. If the larger organizations would dare to let go of the spreadsheets, Balanced Score Cards etc. for only 5% then there will be more room for the individual to take responsibility and as a result feel more responsible for the results the organization produces. Organized chaos produces the most amazing results.
